Meal Plan Monday | Slimming World Friendly

A few treats snuck in the over weekend so this week I’m going to be doing a week of SP so that I can hopefully still get a good lose.

Monday

Breakfast – Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg

Lunch – Ham Salad Pitta

Dinner – Chicken and Roasted Vegetables

Tuesday

Breakfast – 2 x Hifi Bars and Fruit

Lunch – Chicken Salad

Dinner – Pitta Pizza

Wednesday

Breakfast – Poached Egg on Toast

Lunch – Flaked Salmon Salad

Dinner – Beef Kofta and Salad

Thursday – Weigh Day

Breakfast – 2 x Hifi Bars and Fruit

Lunch – Tuna Salad Pitta

Dinner – Jacket Potato with Cheese and Beans

Friday

Breakfast – Scrambled Egg on Toast

Lunch – BLT Salad

Dinner – Sticky Chicken Car Picnic

Saturday and Sunday

We are away in Devon.
