Meal Plan Monday | Slimming World Friendly

With it being just under 3 weeks until our holiday I’m determined to stay on plan.

For me it’s all about the planning, even though I will sometimes deviate away the plan. Knowing that I have everything I need to make a healthy balanced meal stops the thoughts of ordering in and snacking.

Here’s a look at the meals I have planned for the week ahead:

Monday

Breakfast – Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg

Lunch – Chicken and Broccoli Pasta with Salad

Dinner – Campfire Stew

Tuesday

Breakfast – Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg

Lunch – Mugshot and Salad

Dinner – Diet Coke Chicken

Wednesday

Breakfast – Fruit and Yogurt

Lunch – Left over Stew

Dinner – Spaghetti and MeatBalls

Thursday – Weigh Day

Breakfast – Overnight Oats

Lunch – Left Over Diet Coke Chicken

Dinner – Sausage, Mash and Beans

Friday

Breakfast – Weetabix

Lunch – Mugshot and Salad

Dinner – Chicken Wrapped in Bacon with Vegetables

Saturday

Breakfast – Breakfast Wraps

Lunch – Omelette

Dinner – Crispy Chilli Beef Fake-away

Sunday

Breakfast – Cooked Breakfast

Lunch – Sticky Chicken, Rice and Salad

Dinner – Roast Dinner
