Meal Plan Monday | Slimming World SP Friendly

Slimming World for me isn’t a diet but a healthy way of living.

And it is all in the planning, which is why I like to do a meal plan evert Monday. I haven’t exactly been on plan the last few days so this week I will be doing an SP week. Meaning all my meals and snacks will be made up of either speed foods or protein.


Breakfast – Smoked Salmon with Scrambled egg and grilled tomatoes

Lunch – Ham Salad Sandwhich (HEXB)

Dinner – Chicken and Bacon Salad

HEXB Р2x Hifi Bars  HEXA Р4x Cheese Triangles


Breakfast – 2x Weetabix (HEXB) Milk (HEXA)

Lunch – Bacon and Egg Salad

Dinner – Chicken stir fry


Breakfast – Fruit

Lunch – BLT (HEXB)

Dinner – Chicken calzone (HEXB)


Breakfast – Breakfast wrap (HEXB)

Lunch – Pork and stir fried veg

Dinner – Chilli con carne


Breakfast – Weetabix (HEXB HEXA)

Lunch – Chilli con Carne left overs

Dinner – Burger and salad (HEXB)


Breakfast – Bacon, Egg and Tomatoes

Dinner – Chicken and Roast Vegetables


Breakfast – Pancakes and Fruit (HEXB)

Dinner – Chicken Frajhitas (HEXB)
