Meal Plan Monday | Slimming World Friendly

My head is back in the game and this week I would love a 4lb lose. If I manage it I will then be 1 stone down and 8lb from target.

With that in mind I have 1 gym work out planned before Thursday’s weigh in and two runs. Im also going to do two days SP. Here’s a look at the meals I have planned for the week ahead:

Monday

Breakfast – Bacon Roll

Lunch – Salmon Pasta Salad

Dinner – Spaghetti Bolognese

Tuesday

Breakfast – Overnight Oats

Lunch – Ham Omelette

Dinner – Sticky Chicken Salad

Wednesday

Breakfast – Fruit and Hifi Bars

Lunch – Mugshot and Salad

Dinner – Beef Kofta, Rice and Salad

Thursday

Breakfast – Bacon and Scrambled Egg

Lunch – Seafood Salad

Dinner – Chicken Salad Pitta

Friday

Breakfast – Overnight Oats

Lunch – Mugshot and Salad

Dinner – Pork Kebabs and Salad

Saturday

Monday – Breakfast Wrap

Dinner – BBQ Party

Sunday

Breakfast – Cooked Breakfast

Lunch – Mugshot

Dinner – Chicken and Roasted Vegetables
